2-bed, 1-bath apartment is the perfect getaway for those seeking sun, surf, and
relaxation. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing before strolling over to the
beach or bay for a day of fun in the sun. Enjoy one dedicated parking space, a
full kitchen, high speed WiFi and beach essentials. We have just what you need
for the perfect getaway Please be aware that the neighboring building is
undergoing a construction project through spring 2025. Work may take place
Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and some noise may be heard
during these hours. With its unbeatable location and charming ambiance, our
place is sure to make your vacation unforgettable. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath Bedroom 1
has two King Beds Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed Living room has a Queen sleeper sofa
Family Friendly Amenities: - High Chair - We have a pack n' play travel crib
always at the listing for your use. A regular crib, as well as other baby gear,
is available to rent from a third party company for an additional fee. Just
reach out and we're happy to refer you over! Guests have access to the entire
second floor unit with no shared spaces. There is another unit below that is

is easy - just steps away from our place! We have dedicated parking for one
vehicle. If you have an additional car, street parking is available. Please
note, street parking can be incredibly difficult, especially in the busier times
of year. We recommend using Uber/Lyft/Taxis if possible if you have more than
one vehicle. Like many homes by the coast, we do not have air conditioning. We
do have ceiling fans in the rooms for your comfort. Feel free to open the
windows, let the ocean air flow, and enjoy the unique charm of Mission Beach.
Guests must climb stairs, as the unit is on the second floor.
